ATL311's mission is to provide the public with simple and convenient access to all City
of Atlanta government services and information while offering quality service that
emphasizes Accountability, Responsiveness, and Efficiency.
The ATL311, Supportive Services team receive community referrals for non-emergency quality of life concerns related to mental health, substance use, extreme poverty, homelessness, and public health.
