Does the Court offer an alternative sentencing program?

Restore Atlanta (Community Court) provides alternative sentencing options and diversion programming. Restore Atlanta offers four (4) alternative sentencing programs:

  • Teens Learning Control (TLC)
  • Restorative Board
  • Psychological Services
  • Homeless Court and Community Service

Participation is available only by referral from the Court. If you have questions about Restore Atlanta, visit the Municipal Court to speak with a Restore Atlanta team member.
