The City of Atlanta Noise Ordinance regulates noise for a range of activities in the City. Under all certain circumstances, the Atlanta Police Department (APD) issues waivers to the noise ordinance regulations. Waivers are primarily issued for construction projects that cannot be completed during daytime hours due to traffic and pedestrian safety concerns.
