Request Business Tax Refund Equal To Or Less Than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) from City of Atlanta

A request for a business tax refund requires completion of the Business Tax Refund Request Application via ATLBIZ.
 
In addition to the completed Refund Request Application, the following items are required: 

  • Copy of a secure and verifiable document as listed in the Georgia Department Revenue code O.C.G.A § 50-36-2 (e.g. unexpired driver’s license, passport, etc.). View the Georgia code for a complete list of acceptable documentation.
  • Copy of front and back of cancelled check or other proof of payment

 
Full tax returns (Federal and State) for years refund is requested may be required.
